I’m a sneaker kind of person, thus finding designs as such gives my shoe rack a good appetite. Everyone has their own pair of New Balance, Nike, Keds, and Vans. I was once in this craze, but I see them everywhere, on teenagers, kids, bloggers, celebrities, and it just sort of become so predictable for an unpredictable Aquarius like me. Right now, I just want something a bit offbeat yet simple, classic but rare, something I won’t usually see on everyone I cross on every street; and right now, I just want every pair of it. Size 37 please.

(Let’s skip the blogger’s prose about why she didn’t blog for more than a month, shall we?) Now, who accidentally purchase a pair of boots online? Yup! You are guessing it right, c’est moi. Believe me or not, it was pure accident (a good one though, I admit.) Well, of course this became a pool of jokes about me. Everyone was like “oh, you ACCIDENTALLY purchased a SIZE 8 boots, so perfect for yours.” So, long story short was I got fooled (slightly) by the Zara application, in fact I was innocently trying the shopping feature, not that I know I was logged in, and so on and so forth with all these online shopping drill, clicked “proceed” and POOF! Oups! I thought I was going to have another page to confirm my order, but instead I had a big “thank you for shopping.” That was fast Zara. : )

It was fun actually, besides I’ve been meaning to get them bootsies anyway. I’ve been trying to find heeled ankle boots. Found some from Acne, and Burberry. But for 80 Euros, this is exactly the boots I need all year round. Affordable, comfy, and undeniably winning!

Tomorrow will be a long new year shopping day! What are your plans for new year?

PS. I still am loving the Zara app, and perhaps I would love to make few more accidental purchases. And oh, sending my  late Christmas wish to you, and you.

Autumn has officially arrived but Indian summer still has it’s own way of knocking out our layering style for this rustic season. Living in Provençe, you could expect a ten-degree difference from Paris with the meteo. I have experience being up there at this time last year and I didn’t bring any coat, and as lucky as I can be, it then poured. We resorted in making a stop in one of the café to warm ourselves being comfy with the free heaters with their unjustifiable 8-euro lemon tea (water comes free). Since last year, I already figured how to put up pieces “correctly” most especially on the tricky transition of the four seasons which I think is really intricate. There were times I was wearing coat and it becomes really humid or sometimes at worst I have nothing and I always end up borrowing Lénaïc’s cover up.

Above here is my weekend inspo, I have been really eyeing on this Burberry Leather Patent Mormont  and this Zara Block Heel Ankle boots which is close enough to the one of Acne. This is my idea of weekend outfit in the first quarter of Autumn, comfy–since we love to hop off the car and walk around and take photos most of the time, and warm–lesson learned, I always try to bring scarf in case of emergency.  Also, I found this camera bag from Matt & Nat which I find very nice and suited for our day to day activities. I love it, since I always bring my camera with me almost 100% of the time when we’re out.
